               LESS WORK = MORE BENEFIT

Fermentation to Bright beer is carried out in one sanitized and sealed vessel, virtually eliminating infection  and/or contamination of the product during (Phase 2) of the brewing process, while work and product loss is reduced to a minimum with this innovative and efficient new brewing system. 

The  CO2  captured from fermentation is used for natural carbonation and is also used to naturally preserve the product as it fills the head space and acts as a protective barrier in the secondary vessel during maturation and storage. Resulting in increased purity and shelf life.

This automated process eliminates many common issues of conventional beer production, such as over/under carbonation and the product loss that occurs from the conventional processing of the beer.  We thought of everything and it all amounted to a much more simple and physically easier way to brew beer! Who is going to argue that this is not progress?

The main advantage of our unique approach is that it eliminates many of the problems and issues of conventional brewing systems by eliminating many of the unnecessary steps and equipment from the brewing process all together enabling a quicker path to the finished product, afterall time is money!
